This reservation includes six separate private cabins at Steamboat Wharf Cabins, each with a queen bed, private full bathroom, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, and outdoor seating. Walk 0.4 miles to Sandy Point Beach, gather around the fire pits, or use the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge. Sleeps 12. This is six cabins—not one large house—and other cabins on the property may host guests.

This reservation includes Cabins 1–6 at Steamboat Wharf Cabins. The cabins are six separate, neighboring buildings rather than rooms inside one large house. Each cabin sleeps two guests and has one queen bed, a private full bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig, Wi-Fi, TV, heating and air conditioning, and its own outdoor seating area. There is no shared indoor living room, dining room, or full kitchen for the entire group. The setup works best for groups who want to stay close together while still having privacy and their own bathroom. Guests can gather outdoors around the fire pits and use the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge. Cabins 7–9 are also located on the property and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

A few helpful things to know before booking: Six separate cabins: This reservation includes Cabins 1–6. There is no shared indoor gathering room or full group kitchen. Kitchenettes: Each cabin has a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no stove or oven. Other guests: Cabins 7–9 may be occupied during your stay. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and be considerate in shared outdoor areas. Nature setting: The cabins are surrounded by trees, and insects or wildlife may occasionally be present despite regular pest control. Dogs: Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval and the pet fee. Dogs may not be left unattended or allowed on beds or furniture. Shared outdoor amenities include the firepit, grill, sauna, and cold plunge. The seasonal wood-fired sauna is included free during communal sauna hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00–10:00 PM. No reservation is needed. Additional midweek hours may occasionally be added when available, but are not guaranteed. Private sauna sessions are not currently offered.

Our location offers a quiet place to stay together while exploring both Midcoast and Downeast Maine.
Guest Access
Your group will have private access to Cabins 1–6, including each cabin’s private bathroom, kitchenette, outdoor seating area, and designated parking. Outdoor fire-pit areas are available for your group to enjoy. Cabins 7–9 may be occupied by other guests, so some outdoor areas remain shared. Please do not enter other cabins, private guest spaces, or maintenance and storage buildings.

Guests should plan to arrive with their own vehicle, as a car is the easiest way to explore the area. Sandy Point Beach is about a 0.4-mile walk from the cabins, but restaurants, groceries, shops, and most local attractions require driving. Belfast, Searsport, Bucksport, Fort Point State Park, the Blue Hill Peninsula, and Acadia National Park are all best reached by car. Free parking is available at the property.
